In the free trial your trainer will have a chat to you about your goals, any injuries or limitations you may have, then get you to do afew exercises to test out your fitness and strength. If you decide to continue with regular sessions this will include:
1 on 1 training tailored to your specific goals
Personalised training program you can use at home inbetween sessions.
Progress tracking to ensure your goals are achieved

Here's Whats most often asked
No, all of our trainers have their own equipment that they will bring along with them. If you have a home gym we are also happy to incorporate that.
As long as you have enough space for us to put down a fitness mat we have enough space to train you!
The choice is yours. We can train your in your living room, verandah, garage, backyard or a local park. Wherever suits you best.
If you are training from your home we can train you inside your house or under a verandah to avoid the elements. If we are training at a park we can find a park with a shelter to train under.
How quickly will i see results ?
This will depend on your specific goals. We like to think its achievable to lose 0.5- 1kg per week. Your fitness and strength Should also improve in as little as afew weeks.
Can I train with a friend or family member?
Yes! You can train with whoever you like. Just let us know when we book in your free trial so that your trainer is prepared.
Initially we offer a free trial so you can meet you trainer, plan out your goals, do afew exercises to test out your fitness and strength and make sure we are a good fit. From there you organise regular 1 on 1 sessions with your trainer.
The price varies depending on what area you are in, the duration of the session and whether it's 1 on 1 or a group. If you inbox us or enter your details above we can give you a quote.
We do 30 or 45 minute sessions.
Most of our clients do 1-3 sessions per week. We can also write you a tailored training program to follow at home inbetween sessions.
We have trainers all over Adelaide and cover a 40km radius of the CBD. We do sometimes go to suburbs outside of this area so feel free to reach out and we will see if we have anyone in your suburb.
